The (Senior) HR Project Lead / Project Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all HR projects as well as the development of the HR IT landscape, aiming to drive HR transformation and design efficient digital processes. A particular focus lies on the further development and operation of SAP SuccessFactors.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• HR Transformation:
  • Design and implementation of change processes within the HR organization.
  • Promotion of digitalization and optimization of existing structures.
• Implementation and Operation of Digital Tools:
  • Planning, implementation, and ensuring the operation of new HR IT systems.
  • Primary responsibility for the further development and stability of SAP SuccessFactors, including monitoring, error analysis, and system maintenance.
  • Execution of updates, releases, and system adjustments in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Process Management
  • Analysis of existing HR processes and identification of optimization potential.
  • Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, particularly in connection with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Project Management:
  • Planning and management of HR projects, including resource and budget management.
  • Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, payroll, and service providers.
  • Ensuring goal achievement and monitoring relevant KPIs.
• Change Management:
  • Supporting transformation processes and fostering acceptance of new technologies.
  • Assisting leaders and employees in implementing new ways of working.
• Consulting and Interface Management:
  • Professional consulting of HR departments on process and system issues.
  • Coordination with IT, payroll, and external partners to ensure holistic implementation.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Creation of reports and dashboards for the management.
  • Continuous monitoring of project progress and deriving optimization suggestions.

And you are?

• Completed studies or comparable qualification in HR management, business, IT, or a similar field.
• Extensive knowledge in project management, ideally with a focus on HR IT and digitalization.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, both in operation and further development.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic understanding of HR processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate different stakeholder interests.
• Experience in change management and transformation processes.
